Is it really 0% commission?

Yes. Bluetika charges no commission on sales — ever. You pay your plan fee and keep 100%. Stripe's standard processing fees (~1.7% + 30¢ for NZ cards) still apply, but those go to Stripe, not us.

What's the difference between a subscription tier and a vanity URL?

Your subscription tier (Free/Gold/Platinum) controls SKU limits, storage, and features. Your vanity URL is a separate add-on — it just gives you a custom store name instead of a random code. You can be on the Free tier with a custom vanity URL, or on Gold with a random URL — they're independent.

What happens if I go over my product limit?

You'll get a warning at 90%. New listings are blocked until you upgrade or remove products. Your existing store stays active.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then reverts to Free. No lock-in. No refunds on partial months.

How does a custom domain work?

You own brand.co.nz — we point it to your BlueTika store. You get a random backend URL to access your admin dashboard. Yearly fee applies. Free SSL included.

Can I import from Trade Me or Shopify?

Gold and Platinum sellers can use our one-click importer for Shopify (CSV) or Trade Me. Images are auto-hosted on our CDN in WebP format.
